Professional shoes
Feet are the foundation of the body and deserve shoes with good shock-absorbing properties. All shoes that comply with EN ISO 20347 are considered work shoes. Compared to safety shoes that comply with EN ISO 20345, work shoes do not usually have a toe cap and are therefore suitable for areas where there are no mechanical risks (from impact or pressure). If a toe cap is nevertheless present, it does not have to meet any further requirements. Shoes that only meet the basic requirements for occupational footwear are given the protection level ‘OB’. Shoes of this type do not offer any special protective function. Occupational footwear with additional protective properties is classified into one of three protection levels - O1, O2 or O3. For occupational footwear made of PVC or PU (rubber boots), however, there are protection levels O4 and O5. When it comes to durability, robustness, comfort and ergonomics, however, our occupational footwear meets the same criteria as our safety footwear.
