The 3Mbreathing mask 9926 belongs to the 3Mspecial mask program. It was developed for special fields of work. The mask has an integrated activated carbon layer for additional protection and reduced odour nuisance. Their advantages range from the padded noseband with optimum facial shape adjustment to the 3MAdvanced Electret filter medium and the tear-resistant and textile strapping with colour coding. The 3M™ Cool Flow™ exhalation valve increases wearing comfort, especially in hot and humid environments, as it allows breath warmth and moisture to escape perfectly. The 3M™ 9926 respirator is compatible with safety 3Mgoggles and has FFP2 NR D protection. The limit of use is 10 times the limit value for particles - in addition, it acts against organic odours, HF gas and sulphur dioxide below the limit value. Their areas of application range from aluminium production and waste disposal to the recycling of animal carcasses. Approval according to standard EN 149:2001+A1:2009.
