The 3Mprotective suit 4530 type 5/6 has four coordinated layers. Two outer layers of meltblown polypropylene and two inner layers of spunbond polypropylene. The very soft and water vapour permeable material, the knitted cuffs and the two-way zipper as well as the cut increase the wearing comfort. It offers protection against hazardous dusts (type 5), light liquid splashes (type 6) and radioactive, contaminated particles (EN 1073-2:2002). A special additive is its flame-retardant property. His material was tested according to EN 533/ISO 14116 Index 1/0. Reinforced seams for improved durability. It is also antistatic on both sides (EN 1149-5:2008). The 3M™ protective suit 4530M TYP 5/6 is low linting thanks to its special material (SMMMS). It is used in asbestos inspection, insulation work, asbestos disposal, cement production, grinding and polishing, light industrial cleaning, machine maintenance and work in the pharmaceutical industry
